As a company that provides technology services to the US government, InnovaSystems International LLC’s philosophy is to prepare employees and help them discover better ways to meet new and ongoing challenges. CEO Chris Wollerman began offering the 5 Choices to Extraordinary Productivity® work session to qualified employees to increase productivity and help employees become more efficient in their work. Employees were not required to join the program, but instead must apply and be accepted into it. As a result, the employees have been committed to the program and have expressed that the 5 Choices has become a way of living.
