Lead Through Change

Change is the new normal. By the time you adjust to a change, another one is coming down the pipe.

Don't panic about every new thing. Take time to process the change in private before you reveal it to your team.

Stay calm and cool as you explain the change and be as transparent as possible when you discuss how it will affect your team. Follow up with each team member individually after the initial reveal to make sure they understand the change and that you are there to help. This will help your team to embrace new change.
