Status Update System

 

Do you know what your team is up to? If not, consider starting an update system.

You could set up an online dashboard that allows the team to publicly track goals, have weekly (or daily) email or internal-channel updates, schedule regular standup meetings where everyone shares obstacles and progress. It can be as simple and free as a shared document on a network drive, or a Google doc, or a fancier paid app with more bells and whistles.
