Let's say you're worried that your team is overworked and you want to assess how your team spends their time without micromanaging. One way to do that is by asking your team to track what they work on during the day. There are tracking apps they can use or they could just time it on their clock. 

If you are an individual and you feel overworked and overwhelmed, tracking your time will be a great way to show your leaders that you need assistance.
