Be Less Interesting

 

Be more interested in other people instead of trying to be interesting.

Taking a greater interest in other people will help you build relationships with those around you. Start by listening intently, repeating back what you've heard to communicate that you're really trying to understand. Lean forward as others speak to show engagement. As you do this, your relationships will grow stronger.
