Behave Your Way Out

 

As Dr. Stephen R. Covey said, "You cannot talk your way out of a problem you've behaved yourself into."

Talking can only take you so far. After that, you will have to behave your way out of problems. You can do this by actively telling the truth, keeping commitments to others, and taking accountability for your actions. This will take practice, but with time, it will get easier.
