Jen Colosimo is co-author of the book Great Work, Great Career with Stephen R. Covey and is a Senior Vice President at FranklinCovey. She is responsible for sales, consulting, finance, and operations for the United States and Canada.

Prior to her role at FranklinCovey, Jen served as a Vice President for DaVita Healthcare Partners, a Fortune 500 healthcare company, and COO for a global leadership effectiveness organization. Her organizational development and change management career spans 24 years and makes her an authority on building culture,  developing leadership, business development, process improvement, corporate social responsibility and sustainability, and operations.
