As the Vice President of Leadership Development and as the Global Leadership Practice Leader with Franklin Covey, Catherine was responsible for the growth and development of Franklin Covey's world-famous leadership solutions, including The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, and The 4 Essential Roles of Leadership. As the key thought leader and practice manager, she worked closely with global clients and partners to adopt and implement these and other solutions with a focus on achieving business results.
Now Catherine is the General Manager of FranklinCovey Australia and New Zealand. Her goal is to help solve organizational leadership development challenges to grow, better serve customers and clients, and expand the services clients offer.
