TLI facilitates leadership education and development of students by offering an in-depth study of leadership from a theoretical perspective, balanced with practical, personal, and workforce application.

The intentional study and practice of leadership sets students apart, providing students with the tools to leverage their life experience as they draw upon their academic curriculum on how to become effective, ethical and value-based leaders with a commitment to excellence, accountability, and responsibility to the real world and workforce.
