Most of us think we’d never do something unethical, but research shows plenty of us do-- perhaps because it's easy to overlook or justify the harm we do by focusing on the good.

If you are more likely to do something when you are alone than when others are around, it will be a good idea to have some checks and balances. Asking a peer or internal mentor to review client contracts and/or expense reports can help you be your best self.
