Be Loyal to the Absent

Are you ever nervous about what people are saying behind your back? When you and those around you are loyalty to the absent, you don't have to worry.

Being loyalty to the absent means to stand up for people when they are under fire, to not participate in gossip or bashing, and to assume good intent. As you do this, you will begin to build trust with those you work with.
