Scott Miller said, "Make sure you spend as much time celebrating the achievements of goals as you do setting and accomplishing them."

How are your team members rewarded and recognized when they win? When someone meets their goals or does something to positively move the team's goals forward, it is important to let them know they did a good job! Identify who deserves recognition, be specific in your praise, and decide whether their work deserves a reward.
