Release Resentment

There is an old saying that says holding onto resentment is like taking poison and hoping the other person dies. Do not resent those around you because it will only hurt you in the long run.

Ask yourself, 'Will harboring this resentment help me in any way, is it productive, is it constructive?'

When you realize that resentment will only hold you back, take a deep breath and move on.
