Joanna Geraghty's Bio:

Joanna Geraghty joined JetBlue in 2005 and before being appointed President and COO, was most recently executive vice president, customer experience, responsible for delivering the JetBlue experience to millions of customers annually through her leadership of 15,000 customer-facing crewmembers. She served as executive vice president, chief people officer from 2010-2014 and was previously the airline’s vice president and associate general counsel and director of litigation and regulatory affairs. Geraghty is president of the JetBlue Foundation and chairperson of the board of Concern Worldwide, an international not for profit. Prior to joining JetBlue she was a partner at a  New York law firm.

 

Todd Davis' Bio:

Todd Davis is the author of Wall Street Journal's Best-Selling BookGet Better: 15 Proven Practices to Build Effective Relationships at Work. He is also a co-author of Talent Unleashed: 3 Leadership Conversations to Ignite the Unlimited Potential in People.

He has been with FranklinCovey for over 20 years, and currently serves as chief people officer and executive vice president. He is responsible for FranklinCovey’s global talent development in over 40 offices in 160 countries.

 

Anita Grantham's Bio:

Anita Grantham oversees the entire Pluralsight employee journey, from recruiting and acquisition to employee growth and retention. Whether she’s negotiating better benefits or helping design workspaces to better serve Pluralsight’s teams, Anita loves creating an environment where people can do their best work.

 

Lisa Stevens' Bio:

Lisa Stevens is executive vice president and Aon’s Chief People Officer. In this role, she is responsible for aligning, equipping and empowering all 50,000 global colleagues to embrace the firm’s Aon United mission.

In this role, Stevens leverages her passion for people with her proven ability to deliver business results as she leads the human capital team, including the global culture, talent, rewards and diversity, equity & inclusion strategies. As a key member of the executive team, she also plays a critical role in overseeing the coaching and executive talent development and succession planning strategies for the firm.
