Erica Dhawan is an author, entrepreneur, and award-winning keynote speaker. She has studied human innovation and collaboration for over 15 years, started and built businesses, and written two books on collaboration, communication, and teamwork. As a shy, introverted Indian-American girl growing up in Pittsburgh, Erica struggled to find her voice and her place. She juggled two languages and cultures, and, eventually learned the skills needed to build connections across the difference. Erica has been studying teamwork and collaboration ever since.
