The Strategy Map

Why a Strategy Map?

Achieving your organizational goals would be difficult, if not impossible, without a strong strategy supporting you every step of the way. As a leader, you should understand and be able to articulate the mission, the vision, and the Wildly Important Goals (WIGS) to your team. It is this clear understanding that will motivate your team to achieve greatness.

Focusing solely on your WIGs isn’t enough, either. Your team must balance the onslaught of day-to-day business while still pursuing team WIGs.

So how do you do it?

An effective strategy map might be your solution to achieving breakthrough results while balancing the urgencies of the whirlwind.
