Jennifer Colosimo is an Area Vice President at FranklinCovey, managing sales, consulting, marketing, and finance for the geography west of the Mississippi in the US and Canada as well as Australia. She also co-authored the book Great Work Great Career with Dr. Stephen R. Covey and blogs as Executive Mama.  Her blog and her work reflect her passion around the topic of leadership and a strong interest in women in leadership.  She encourages realistic optimists to make conscious choices about their leadership style, strive for executive influence in influential organizations, and to add to the conversation about being both an “executive” and a “mama.”
